About Taylor

My name is Taylor Bentley, and I am a Computer Information Systems graduate from Louisiana Tech University currently pursuing my MBA. My main career interest is in help desk support, IT support, desktop support, and technical troubleshooting.

I enjoy helping people solve technology problems and making systems easier to use. Through my coursework, projects, and work experience, I have built skills in customer service, communication, problem-solving, documentation, computer hardware, database management, and business technology.

I have hands-on experience with tools such as MySQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems. I am also comfortable learning new software, working with users, and following step-by-step troubleshooting processes.

My goal is to begin my career in an entry-level help desk or IT support role where I can assist users, resolve technical issues, continue learning, and grow into a stronger IT professional.
